I earned an MBA from Oxford’s Saïd Business School, specializing in Marketing and Strategy, gaining deep insights into real estate market trends. Living near London and Oxford’s historic colleges, I developed expertise in identifying high-demand properties in business districts, university areas, and residential neighborhoods. This enables me to guide clients through Turkey’s dynamic markets with tailored solutions for buying, selling, or renting. A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Boğaziçi University in Istanbul provided a strong analytical foundation and deep insights into Turkey’s industrial and economic landscape. This experience honed skills in evaluating complex systems and identifying strategic opportunities, fostering expertise in data-driven decision-making and project management.
As Regional Services Marketing Director at GE HealthCare, I led strategy across 50+ countries in the Middle East, Africa, Russia, and Asia. This role refined my expertise in market analysis, customer insights, and high-impact positioning. I regularly engaged with multinational clients to shape solutions aligned with evolving needs and trends. This experience enables me to identify and deliver value-driven real estate opportunities in dynamic global markets.
My time at IQVIA in roles across London and Istanbul, enhanced my real estate expertise by focusing on strategic consulting for global clients. As a Global Lead Consultant, I developed pricing, market expansion, and customer strategies across Europe, the Middle East, US and Africa, gaining deep global insights.

Ö. Faruk Çiçekci, a Yıldız Technical University Electrical Engineering graduate, began his career in the automotive industry as a tradesman in Sirkeci, managing car dealerships and wholesale spare parts. In 1998, he served as Deputy Chairman of Çorum’s Zoning Commission, gaining public administration experience.
Joining Reha Medin Gayrimenkul Hizmetleri in 1996, a pioneering Turkish real estate firm, he became a leading investment consultant over 28 years, excelling in Istanbul and nationwide. A 2007 graduate of Istanbul University Faculty of Law, he completed his master’s degree at Istanbul Bilgi University with a thesis on The Insurer’s Disclosure Obligation and is currently advancing his doctoral studies in Commercial Law at Istanbul University Faculty of Law.
As an expert witness in civil courts at the Istanbul Courthouse and a registered trademark attorney, Taylan excels in commercial law, advising both national and multinational companies. His extensive litigation experience also spans copyright law, family law, and labor law, ensuring a well-rounded approach to legal challenges.
